The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cita33 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. cita33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from a failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 cita33 accounts are for personal use only. Any use of a cita33 account for commercial purposes, or participation in any form of organised betting syndicate that may constitute market manipulation, is strictly prohibited.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting cita33 customer support via live chat. Requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method.
4.1 cita33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for specific promotional offers.
4.2 All funds deposited to cita33 must originate from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. cita33 reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cita33 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
6.1 All games available on the cita33 platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. The specific Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the individual game information panel.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or display anomaly — the affected round will be voided and any real-money stake involved will be returned to the Member's balance. cita33 does not honour game outcomes generated as a result of system errors.
6.3 cita33 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a game outcome was influenced by technical exploitation, collusion, or any form of advantage play that circumvents normal game mechanics.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cita33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
10.2 cita33's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 cita33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious code. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to Members in advance where operationally practical.
10.4 Members access and use the cita33 platform at their own risk. Gambling involves a risk of financial loss. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this risk.
11.1 cita33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed upon next login. 11.2 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4. Pending withdrawal balances will be honoured at the time of closure.
